This website sells nothing. There is no cart, no checkout, no account and no form to fill in. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social embeds, and we set no cookies of our own.

If you buy the puzzle, that purchase happens on Amazon.in and is covered by Amazon's privacy policy, not this one.

Who we are

NectroLume is a brand of Nectro Toys LLP. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Nectro Toys LLP is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.

What we collect

Nothing you type

There is no contact form, no newsletter signup and no account on this site. You cannot submit information to us through a web page here.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, it records each request: the IP address it came from, the browser user-agent string, the page requested, the date and time, and the referring page if there is one. We use these only to keep the site available and to defend it against abuse. We do not use them to identify individual visitors and we do not combine them with any other information. Retention is governed by Cloudflare's own log policies.

Email you send us

If you write to customercare@nectrolume.com we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. Our mail runs on Google Workspace. We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with your query and any follow-up, and then no longer than we need it for our own records.

Cookies

We set none. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, such as __cf_bm, to tell human visitors from automated traffic. It carries no advertising or profiling function and is not used to build a profile of you. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare — hosts this site and delivers it to your browser.
• Google Workspace — runs our email.
• Amazon.in — only if you click a purchase link. From that point Amazon's privacy policy applies. We receive nothing from Amazon that identifies you.

Typefaces are served from this website, not from Google Fonts or any other font service. No part of this page calls out to a third-party server while you read it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, you can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or complete it, erase it, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. You can also raise a grievance about how we have handled your data.

Write to customercare@nectrolume.com. We will acknowledge within two working days and respond substantively within thirty days.

Children

This site is not directed at children. The product it describes is suited for Above 15 Years of Age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

How we look after it

The site is static — there is no database and no user account system to breach. Our email is protected by two-factor authentication. We keep access to correspondence limited to the people who need it.
